BEFORE THE LORD WITH ROUGH NOTES:

2 John 1 and 1 Corinthians 1
It is God Who is the truth that dwells in us and when we are walking in truth we love one another and there is unity that is genuine which comes out of humility which comes out of the genuine fear of God. To walk in Who God is which is the truth births the virtue of humility. Humility is brought forth out of the genuine fear of God. Love Who is God is the source of truth which is the source of reality, the I AM that I AM. The genuine fear of God is the reciprocation of Who God is first in the integrity of His love that requires judgment and then in the mercy and grace that is transcendent out this holiness of love.
2John 1:1-13 (KJV)
1The elder unto the elect lady and her children, whom I love in the truth; and not I only, but also all they that have known the truth;2For the truth’s sake, which dwelleth in us, and shall be with us for ever.3Grace be with you, mercy, and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.4I rejoiced greatly that I found of thy children walking in truth, as we have received a commandment from the Father.5And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.6And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.7For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.8Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.9Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.10If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:11For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.12Having many things to write unto you, I would not write with paper and ink: but I trust to come unto you, and speak face to face, that our joy may be full.13The children of thy elect sister greet thee. Amen.

1Cor 1:10-14 (KJV)
10Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.11For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you.12Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.13Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?14I thank God that I baptized none of you, but Crispus and Gaius;

Psalms 26 and Ezekiel 13
Psalms 26 shows the condition of heart in a true prophet as opposed to that state of heart in the false prophets described in Ezekiel 13. King David walks in integrity and asks God to test the motives and choices of his heart. He refuses to even sit with people who are vain and hates the gatherings of the wicked. He loves the place where God’s honor dwells. The false prophets in Ezekiel 13 are given over to vanity and prophecy out of a spirit divination. They build a false wall of protection around their lying prophecies that say there will be peace when they are in serious rebellion and sin against God. May we not build walls of delusion around our lives and around our churches and our nation.
Ps 26:1-12 (KJV)
1A Psalm of David. Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the LORD; therefore I shall not slide.2Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.3For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth.4I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers.5I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.6I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O LORD:7That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works.8LORD, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth.9Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:10In whose hands is mischief, and their right hand is full of bribes.11But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me, and be merciful unto me.12My foot standeth in an even place: in the congregations will I bless the LORD.

Ezek 13:1-18 (KJV)
1And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,2Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy, and say thou unto them that prophesy out of their own hearts, Hear ye the word of the LORD;3Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing!4O Israel, thy prophets are like the foxes in the deserts.5Ye have not gone up into the gaps, neither made up the hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the LORD.6They have seen vanity and lying divination, saying, The LORD saith: and the LORD hath not sent them: and they have made others to hope that they would confirm the word.7Have ye not seen a vain vision, and have ye not spoken a lying divination, whereas ye say, The LORD saith it; albeit I have not spoken?8Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye have spoken vanity, and seen lies, therefore, behold, I am against you, saith the Lord GOD.9And mine hand shall be upon the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies: they shall not be in the assembly of my people, neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the Lord GOD.10Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and one built up a wall, and, lo, others daubed it with untempered morter:11Say unto them which daub it with untempered morter, that it shall fall: there shall be an overflowing shower; and ye, O great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall rend it.12Lo, when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said unto you, Where is the daubing wherewith ye have daubed it?13Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even rend it with a stormy wind in my fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in mine anger, and great hailstones in my fury to consume it.14So will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with untempered morter, and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation thereof shall be discovered, and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.15Thus will I accomplish my wrath upon the wall, and upon them that have daubed it with untempered morter, and will say unto you, The wall is no more, neither they that daubed it;16To wit, the prophets of Israel which prophesy
concerning Jerusalem, and which see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, saith the Lord GOD.17Likewise, thou son of man, set thy face against the daughters of thy people, which prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy thou against them,18And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the women that sew pillows to all armholes, and make kerchiefs upon the head of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the souls of my people, and will ye save the souls alive that come unto you?
