Micah 2 and 1 Kings 6 plus 2 Chronicles 10
In Micah 2 God severely judges those that seek their own habitation by robbing the habitation of the righteous and in 1 Kings 6 God’s habitation is first sought and established 480 years after Israel leaves their habitation of bondage. Because Solomon in the end sought for his own pleasures in woman before God by accepting their false gods to whom he built temples God brought division in Israel in his Son by him oppressing Israel with cruel taxes.
Mic 2:2-4 (KJV)
2And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and take them away: so they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.3Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; neither shall ye go haughtily: for this time is evil.4In that day shall one take up a parable against you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, and say, We be utterly spoiled: he hath changed the portion of my people: how hath he removed it from me! turning away he hath divided our fields.

7O thou that art named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the LORD straitened? are these his doings? do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly?

9The women of my people have ye cast out from their pleasant houses; from their children have ye taken away my glory for ever.10Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction.

2 Samuel 8 and 2 Chronicles 17
Both of these chapters describe a mighty army of warriors and their tremendous victories because they were heeding the word of God and doing it. This was under King David and in 2 Chronicles 17 under Jehoshaphat.
2Sam 8:1-15 (KJV)
1And after this it came to pass, that David smote the Philistines, and subdued them: and David took Methegammah out of the hand of the Philistines.2And he smote Moab, and measured them with a line, casting them down to the ground; even with two lines measured he to put to death, and with one full line to keep alive. And so the Moabites became David’s servants, and brought gifts.3David smote also Hadadezer, the son of Rehob, king of Zobah, as he went to recover his border at the river Euphrates.4And David took from him a thousand chariots, and seven hundred horsemen, and twenty thousand footmen: and David houghed all the chariot horses, but reserved of them for an hundred chariots.5And when the Syrians of Damascus came to succour Hadadezer king of Zobah, David slew of the Syrians two and twenty thousand men.6Then David put garrisons in Syria of Damascus: and the Syrians became servants to David, and brought gifts. And the LORD preserved David
whithersoever he went.7And David took the shields of gold that were on the servants of Hadadezer, and brought them to Jerusalem.8And from Betah, and from Berothai, cities of Hadadezer, king David took exceeding much brass.9When Toi king of Hamath heard that David had smitten all the host of Hadadezer,10Then Toi sent Joram his son unto king David, to salute him, and to bless him, because he had fought against Hadadezer, and smitten him: for Hadadezer had wars with Toi. And Joram brought with him vessels of silver, and vessels of gold, and vessels of brass:11Which also king David did dedicate unto the LORD, with the silver and gold that he had dedicated of all nations which he subdued;12Of Syria, and of Moab, and of the children of Ammon, and of the Philistines, and of Amalek, and of the spoil of Hadadezer, son of Rehob, king of Zobah.13And David gat him a name when he returned from smiting of the Syrians in the valley of salt, being eighteen thousand men.14And he put garrisons in Edom; throughout all Edom put he garrisons, and all they of Edom became David’s servants. And the LORD preserved David whithersoever he went.15And David reigned over all Israel; and David executed judgment and justice unto all his people.

3And the LORD was with Jehoshaphat, because he walked in the first ways of his father David, and sought not unto Baalim;4But sought to the LORD God of his father, and walked in his commandments, and not after the doings of Israel.5Therefore the LORD stablished the kingdom in his hand; and all Judah brought to Jehoshaphat presents; and he had riches and honour in abundance.6And his heart was lifted up in the ways of the LORD: moreover he took away the high places and groves out of Judah.7Also in the third year of his reign he sent to his princes, even to Benhail, and to Obadiah, and to Zechariah, and to Nethaneel, and to Michaiah, to teach in the cities of Judah.8And with them he sent Levites, even Shemaiah, and Nethaniah, and Zebadiah, and Asahel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehonathan, and Adonijah, and Tobijah, and Tobadonijah, Levites; and with them Elishama and Jehoram, priests.9And they taught in Judah, and had the book of the law of the LORD with them, and went about throughout all the cities of Judah, and taught the people.10And the fear of the LORD fell upon all the kingdoms of the lands that were round about Judah, so that they made no war against Jehoshaphat.

Jeremiah 8 and Exodus 1
In Jeremiah God seeks to destroy Israel because of their rebellion and refusal to repent and in Exodus the enemy seeks to destroy Israel because of their pursuit to seek God and come out of the world system.
Jer 8:5-10 (KJV)
5Why then is this people of Jerusalem slidden back by a perpetual backsliding? they hold fast deceit, they refuse to return.6I hearkened and heard, but they spake not aright: no man repented him of his wickedness, saying, What have I done? every one turned to his course, as the horse rusheth into the battle.7Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her appointed times; and the turtle and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but my people know not the judgment of the LORD.8How do ye say, We are wise, and the law of the LORD is with us? Lo, certainly in vain made he it; the pen of the scribes is in vain.9The wise men are ashamed, they are dismayed and taken: lo, they have rejected the word of the LORD; and what wisdom is in them?10Therefore will I give their wives unto others, and their fields to them that shall inherit them: for every one from the least even unto the greatest is given to covetousness, from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.

11For they have healed the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.12Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore shall they fall among them that fall: in the time of their visitation they shall be cast down, saith the LORD.13I will surely consume them, saith the LORD: there shall be no grapes on the vine, nor figs on the fig tree, and the leaf shall fade; and the things that I have given them shall pass away from them.

18And the king of Egypt called for the midwives, and said unto them, Why have ye done this thing, and have saved the men children alive?19And the midwives said unto Pharaoh, Because the Hebrew women are not as the Egyptian women; for they are lively, and are delivered ere the midwives come in unto them.20Therefore God dealt well with the midwives: and the people multiplied, and waxed very mighty.21And it came to pass, because the midwives feared God, that he made them houses.

1 Chronicles 15 and Joshua 16
Both of these chapters are about the carriers of God’s presence entering a new place of dwelling. In both cases there had to be proper preparation by separation from the unholy and worship before God to enter.

1And David made him houses in the city of David, and prepared a place for the ark of God, and pitched for it a tent.2Then David said, None ought to carry the ark of God but the Levites: for them hath the LORD chosen to carry the ark of God, and to minister unto him for ever.3And David gathered all Israel together to Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the LORD unto his place, which he had prepared for it.4And David assembled the children of Aaron, and the Levites:5Of the sons of Kohath; Uriel the chief, and his brethren an hundred and twenty:6Of the sons of Merari; Asaiah the chief, and his brethren two hundred and twenty:7Of the sons of Gershom; Joel the chief, and his brethren an hundred and thirty:8Of the sons of Elizaphan; Shemaiah the chief, and his brethren two hundred:9Of the sons of Hebron; Eliel the chief, and his brethren fourscore:10Of the sons of Uzziel; Amminadab the chief, and his brethren an hundred and twelve.11And David called for Zadok and Abiathar the priests, and for the Levites, for Uriel, Asaiah, and Joel, Shemaiah, and Eliel, and Amminadab,12And said unto them, Ye are the chief of the fathers of the Levites: sanctify yourselves, both ye and your brethren, that ye may bring up the ark of the LORD God of Israel unto the place that I have prepared for it.
Josh 16:1-4 (KJV)
